How it works
From our call to your cash
- 1
We send the job
You get a text with the seller's name, phone, pickup address, car, condition, title status, and the pickup time we set with them.
- 2
You make the offer
Go to the car, look it over, and make a cash offer. With a title, the seller signs it over. Without one, you bring the sale form. The seller shows a photo ID either way.
- 3
You pay the referral fee
If the seller sells, text us a pickup photo and pay the $65 fee after the yard pays you. Extra cars at the same job are yours, fee-free. No sale, no fee.
What we expect
What sellers are promised
Our website makes these promises to every seller. Every operator in the network keeps them.
Free towing
No charge to the seller for the tow, including when they turn your offer down.
Cash at pickup
Pay the seller in cash before the car leaves.
We handle the seller
We do all the calls and scheduling. Contact the seller only when you're arriving.
Licensed and on time
Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires, and show up in the window we give the seller.
Every job is reviewed
We call each customer after pickup to ask how it went. Operators with good feedback get first pick of jobs in their area.
Leads near your yard
We run local ads within 2 to 5 miles of your location, so jobs are close by.
Questions
Tow trucker FAQ
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There are no sign-up or monthly fees. You pay a flat $65 per lead, only when the seller sells to you. If the job has more than one car, the extra cars are yours at no extra fee.
What if the seller turns down my offer?
You owe nothing. The fee applies only when you buy the car.
When is the referral fee due?
After you sell the car to the yard and get paid. We agree on the exact timing with you when you join.
Which areas are you sending jobs in?
Right now, Brooklyn and Queens in New York City. We're adding cities, and operators who apply now are first in line when we open their area.
Why do you call the customer after the job?
Quality control. We ask if you showed up on time and handled the pickup professionally. Good feedback keeps you first in line for jobs in your area.
How many jobs will I get?
It depends on your area and how many operators cover it. We send each job to one operator, based on who covers that ZIP and can make the pickup time.
